Balkan Cyber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course with at least 21 days’ notice due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation, participants may choose to:
Transfer to another session at no additional cost.
Receive a training voucher valid for 12 months.
Obtain a full refund.
2.Cancellation by the Participant
Cancellations made 21 days or more before the course start date:
Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date:
Non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Balkan Cyber is not responsible for any transaction fees deducted by payment processors or banks.
4. Rescheduling Requests
Participants may request to reschedule their training to a future session if made at least 21 days in advance.
Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the course start date may be subject to additional fees.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend a scheduled training without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
