1. Cancellation by Balkan Cyber

• Balkan Cyber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course with at least 21 days’ notice due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In case of cancellation, participants may choose to:

• Transfer to another session at no additional cost.
• Receive a training voucher valid for 12 months.

• Obtain a full refund.

   2.Cancellation by the Participant

• Cancellations made 21 days or more before the course start date:

• Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made within 21 days of the course start date:

• Non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@balkancyber.net.

   3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Balkan Cyber is not responsible for any transaction fees deducted by payment processors or banks.

   4. Rescheduling Requests

• Participants may request to reschedule their training to a future session if made at least 21 days in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the course start date may be subject to additional fees.

   5. No-Show Policy

• Participants who do not attend a scheduled training without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
