- Contact details you provide - when you submit our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.
- Your email address - when you request a course syllabus, so we can email you the PDF you asked for.
- Basic technical data - standard server and CDN logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the training or services you ask about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the site and communicate with you, including our hosting and form provider (Netlify), our email providers (Microsoft 365 and Resend for syllabus delivery), analytics (Google Analytics), and our CDN/security provider. Syllabus requests are stored in our managed database (Supabase). Self-paced online courses are handled by our partner, The Waldrep Company, under their own privacy terms.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses essential cookies needed to function and serve content securely. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are disabled by default (Google Consent Mode v2) and are only set after you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, analytics will not run. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete it.
