Training & services
- Instructor-led training enrollments, scheduling, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Self-paced online courses are sold and delivered by our partner, The Waldrep Company, on their platform and subject to their terms.
- Professional-services engagements are governed by the separate written agreement for each engagement.
