1. Cancellation by Balkan Cyber
Balkan Cyber reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training course with at least 21 days' notice due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel, participants may choose to:
- Transfer to another session at no additional cost;
- Receive a training voucher valid for 12 months; or
- Obtain a full refund.
2. Cancellation by the participant
- 21 days or more before the course start date - eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- Within 21 days of the course start date - non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise agreed.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@balkancyber.net.
3. Refund process
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- Balkan Cyber is not responsible for transaction fees deducted by payment processors or banks.
4. Rescheduling requests
- Participants may reschedule to a future session if the request is made at least 21 days in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the start date may be subject to additional fees.
5. No-show policy
Participants who do not attend a scheduled training without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Self-paced online courses
Self-paced online courses are sold and delivered by our partner, The Waldrep Company, and are subject to that platform's own refund and cancellation terms.
